Правила проведения рейтинговых ежемесячных турниров региональными Дартс-организациями и подсчета рейтинга
С целью получения реальной картины работы региональных Дартс-организаций, игры игроков в различных регионах, и объективного подсчета Всеукраинского Рейтинга, привлечения новых игроков и доступности участия во Всеукраинском Рейтинге предлагается: 1) Проводить каждой региональной Дартс-организацией ежемесячные рейтинговые Дартс-турниры по сетке «Второе дыхание» 301 с двойным выходом до трех побед. В полуфинале до 4, в финале до 5 побед. Дошедший без поражений до финала игрок, проиграв первую игру играет еще одну. И далее финальную. Игры проводятся по единой системе независимо от имеющегося оборудования (Классика, Электроника) и должны иметь единую систему подсчета рейтинга. 2) Отдельно проводить и считать мужской и женский рейтинг. 3) Рейтинговые очки считать: 1 бал за участие в турнире. За каждую победу в турнирной сетке + 1 бал, за второе и первое место + 2 бала.(Чем больше игроков – тем больше балов) 4) Заносить в специально выделенные разделы: - объявления на рейтинговые турниры, результаты турниров, и рейтинг на данный период времени. 5) По результатам годового рейтинга определять «Лучшего игрока Года» и лучшую десятку игроков. 6) После проведения всех рейтинговых турниров в году проводить «Чемпионат Года» своей организации среди участников рейтинга. 7) Раз в квартал будет вестись подсчет Всеукраинского Рейтинга по результатам местных рейтингов. 8) Рейтинговые турниры проводить открытыми для игроков других регионов и Дартс-организаций Украины, для предоставления им возможности повышать свой рейтинг. 9) По результатам Всеукраинского Рейтинга провести закрытый чемпионат Украины.
Все остальные Дартс-мероприятия проводить открытыми для всех.
Любая региональная Дартс-организация может начать проведение своих рейтинговых турниров в любом месяце в течении календарного года и получить свой раздел на нашем сайте. [color=red]Данное положение обсуждено с большинством Руководителей региональных Дартс-организаций. Барик трубки не брал.
